Uses:Syn Lavatera plebeia. Erect perennial native Hollyhock is short lived and usually needs replacing every 2-3 years. Propagation is from seed. Useful as a background plant or as part of a native or cottage garden. Indigenous people used the fibrous roots as food and a material to make string.
