Notes

Uses: As a clipped hedge, barrier, screen or ornamental small shrub in wider verges, nature strips and parks.
Plant in low traffic areas due to thorny branches. Prefers good drainage but avoid high alkaline soils. Butterfly attracting. Cultivars available in a range of colours and flower forms. Does best in cooler areas. Does well in  Adelaide Hills and the south east.
