Small shrubs from the Hydranga family of plants. Lovely clusters of pink or white flowers in later summer and autumn. Likes a protected shady position with extra water during dry periods. A variety of cultivars are available including D. x hybrida 'Magicien' and D. x hybrida 'Mont Rose'
