Notes

Uses: A hardy ornamental ground cover for verges, median strips, roundabouts and embankment. Dense matting effect suppresses weeds and stabilizes soil.
Suitable for coastal locations and requires good drainage. Responds to pruning if required.
Attracts native nectar eating birds and insects.
Caution: Can be a skin irritant.
Note: Although this species is not classified under the Sewerage Act, it is recommended that it not be planted closer than two metres to any sewer main or connection.
