Uses: Hardy ornamental, suitable for areas of low maintenance. Can be used as a background shrub in mixed plantings, or on wide roadside verges, road batters and wide median strips as a barrier, wind-break and soil control. Requires good drainage.
Bird and insect attracting, native caterpillar food plants.
